MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Greeting to the viewers from the Desk of the President,

First of all, I thank all the Executive Committee Members for their excellent participation and support towards development of P.K.V. Mahanagar. They spent their valuable personal time one Sunday every month and shared their thoughts. To list out a few specific supports, I would like to appreciate Mrs. & Mr. Raju for their excellent and whole-hearted administrative and execution work. Mr. Rajagopalan took enough efforts to clear the fears from the minds of our Members about diesel pipeline laid vs. it’s impact to our Members. Mr. Manoharan looked into the feasibility of having a bridge across the river and he was of much assistance for arranging transportation facilities for the Members to attend the AGM every year. All the other EC Members extended their support for contacting non-members and offered their support for the smooth functioning of the Association.

I greet the new set of Office Bearers with whom I find fire of achievement. I am sure, each one will contribute their best efforts and will support the Association’s activities to reach it’s optimum level.

I thank Mr. Krishnamurthy, Vice President, who I foresee will be the President of the Association in the near future, for his commencement of house construction in P.K.V. Mahanagar which will be inspirational to all the other Members.

I thank all the Members who have made payment up-to-date and all the other Members who are going to clear their dues. I also thank the non-members who are going to enroll themselves to the membership of the Association in the near future.

We have bought plots in P.K.V. Mahanagar with a view either to construct houses once basic facilities are created or for investment purposes. Either way, all the plot owners are going to be benefitted. Hence, I request all the plot owners to be a part of the Association and support it’s efforts for development of the Nagar. I am sure, no one would like to enjoy the benefit out of the sweat and contribution of the others.

Members are requested to come forward to construct houses in the Nagar. This will giving LIVING STATUS to the Nagar and directly be helpful in bringing up the bridge as we all desire. Members can also, alternatively, think of having joint promotion of flats. When Amarprakash Constructions can come up confidently with around 800 flats, why can’t we, the individual plot owners, be confident in promoting individual houses or flats?

P.K.V. Mahanagar is our Nagar. Your Association will certainly take all efforts to it’s safety, security and infrastructural development, either on it’s own or through the Government Agencies. However, do visit your plot periodically and keep us informed of any development you wish that we should know.

Members are requested to offer their valuable and constructive suggestions through the e mail of the Association. In case of emergency, the President or Secretary or any of the Office Bearers shall be contacted through mobile. Their contact numbers can be seen under “contact us” in this website.
